Return / Exchange Policy
Most of our products come with
a 15-Day Money Back Guarantee, if you are not completely satisfied
with your purchase, email sales@imagiforce.com or
call our Customer Service Department at 1-813-949-9383 between
9 and 5 p.m. EST and request help with your return.
Downloaded products are included
in this 15 day period.
*TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
International orders may be exchanged
only when defective.
All items marked "clearance" are
not refundable, all sales on these items are final.
All items we sell come with
our 30-day Guarantee Against Defects. If your product
is defective in any way just send us an Email for a Return
Authorization Number. Defective software will be replaced
upon receipt of the defective product.
HOW TO MAKE
A RETURN:
If you would like
to make a return you must first call us at 1-813-949-9383
or email us at sales@imagiforce.com to
obtain an RMA Number. We will not accept any returns without
an RMA number, shipments will be refused and returned to
you.
If you are returning an
item you must do the following in order to receive your
refund:
- Return the
merchandise to us within 15 days of your original receipt
of the order.
- The products
must be returned in new, resalable condition.
- You must include
all packaging materials.
- Packaging materials
must not be torn or damaged.
- All manuals
and warranty registration cards must be unmarked.
- You must pay
any return shipping expense.
- Display the
RMA number prominently on the outside of the box to avoid
delays to your refund.
- Returned products must be received
within 7 days from the issuance of the RMA Number
Note: Packing
the product properly for undamaged return is your responsibility.
Please remember
to back up all of your data before installing any new software
or peripherals; we cannot be responsible for any loss of
data.
